RECEPTIONS 2025

We are so excited about this upcoming year for you and your family!  Senior year is full of wonderful things, including graduation! Listed below are times and locations within TCCC that you may reserve for your event. 

*No Graduation Receptions will be held Mother’s Day Weekend

Fridays

Times: 4:00pm – 9:00pm (Time frame includes Set Up, Reception, and Tear Down)

Locations: The Plaza

Saturdays

Times: 10:00am – 3:00pm (Time frame includes Set Up, Reception, and Tear Down)
and 4:00pm – 9:00pm (Time frame includes Set Up, Reception, and Tear Down)

Locations: The Plaza

Sundays

Times: 2:00pm – 7:00pm (Time frame includes Set Up, Reception, and Tear Down)

Locations: The Plaza

Please remember that this is a first come, first serve process; one reception per time slot in each location. Please continue by filling out the Building Reservation Request Form, keeping these times as your reservation.
